The Plié Single Shelf is part of the 2019 German Design Awards-winning Plié shelving system that offers simple solutions for organising, displaying and storing your belongings.Designed by Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche, the Minishelf uses the least amount of powder-coated aluminium possible which, folded, results in a lightweight, yet highly robust structure. The unit is fixed on the wall with just two screws that are left visible.
The Minishelf is perfect for displaying your favourite small objects, giving them a subtle and timeless frame. It can be hung as a single shelf or in groups, perfectly adapting to any interior space, from a minimalistic hallway display to a kitchen spice rack, and everything in-between.

Is a collaboration between Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche.
Known for developing innovative and forward-thinking solutions while keeping an edge in their aesthetics, the duo met during their masters degree at ECAL, Switzerland, and have been developing industrial products in the fields of furniture and lighting ever since. Plié, their shelving system design for UTIL, was awarded the German Design Award for Excellent Product Design in 2019
