How to Return an Item?
If you are not happy with your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused UTIL. We offer free returns from countries within the European Union. You have 14 days to proceed with the exchange.
All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging and packed in accordance with the packing instructions we will provide you. Easy and Visual instructions will be provided to help you pack the products so they are returned safely.
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.
Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original packaging including all parts the item came with needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. Easy and visual instructions will be provided to help you pack the products so they are returned safely. How long does it take to process a return?
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Under normal circumstances you will get the refund with 10-14 working days after you have initiated the return process.
