Damaged items / Pieces missing
Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. I’m not happy with this product
If you are not happy with your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused UTIL purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
