For Switzerland, UK and Norway additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.

Standard Delivery Services – Small/Normal Parcels
UTIL uses UPS, DHL and GLS as the standard delivery services for parcel shipments
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email and/or text message, depending on the country of delivery.
UPS will make three delivery attempts to the provided address. After three attempts, the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest UPS pick up point. It will remain available for 10 days before being sent back to the warehouse. Please note that in such a case, you need to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a re-delivery and an extra delivery cost might apply.
For larger volumes UTIL most commonly uses DACHSER and DSV as the Freight forwarder. The service includes a standard curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means that the courier will deliver your item(s) to the curb of your specified delivery address. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s).
Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery to propose a delivery date and time frame with an option to reschedule this if the time is inconvenient. If you happen to not be at home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, you need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery. An extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid will occur.
UTIL kindly asks you to check the received package for visible damage before signing off the Proof of delivery of the driver.
If the package is damaged please ask the driver to wait so you can check if the goods are in good shape.
