Damaged items / Pieces missing

Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within five (5) days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. After which, UTIL has no obligation to act in the event of failure to notify of a defect. 

If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement.

A full refund includes: the product price, delivery costs, and any duties or import taxes you paid at checkout. UTIL pays for the return shipping. You do not pay anything.

Please keep the original box. You will need it to make your claim.

Damaged Packaging

UTIL kindly asks you to check the received package for visible damage before signing off the Proof of delivery of the driver.
If the package is damaged please ask the driver to wait so you can check if the goods are in good shape.

Do not accept the package if either the packaging is damaged and if the goods are also damaged get in contact with UTIL by email at shop@thisisutil.com

I’m not happy with this product

If you are not happy with your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused UTIL purchase in its original packaging within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Please contact our customer service for more info on how to proceed at shop@thisisutil.com 

Duties, Import Taxes and Return Shipping 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your Product, UTIL will refund the full amount paid, including the product price, standard delivery costs, and any duties or import taxes collected at checkout — regardless of whether your order has already been shipped.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of UTIL receiving your withdrawal notice.
