About

Four interlocking metal shelves for books and other small items. The Plié Wall Shelves feature single aluminium sheets folded into lightweight yet robust shelves, slotted into laser-cut tubing, and secured from behind with concealed screws - designed for strength with minimal material. Comes with detailed instructions for simple installation.

Available in four powder-coated colours and a brushed aluminum finish, in three lengths: 70 cm (28 in), 90 cm (35 in), and 120 cm (47 in).

Designed by Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche of FROM INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, the Plié Wall Shelves are part of the Plié Shelving System, recipient of the 2019 German Design Award. Produced in Portugal.

Is a collaboration between Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche.
Known for developing innovative and forward-thinking solutions while keeping an edge in their aesthetics, the duo met during their masters degree at ECAL, Switzerland, and have been developing industrial products in the fields of furniture and lighting ever since. Plié, their shelving system design for UTIL, was awarded the German Design Award for Excellent Product Design in 2019
